Interactive panel manager

The easiest way to manage tickets is the built-in UI:
This opens a message with:
  • A dropdown to select an existing panel
  • Add - create a panel (name, channel, button/dropdown mode)
  • Done - end the session
Selecting a panel shows Panel Settings:
Only the person who ran ,ticket panel can use the buttons. The session times out after 5 minutes.

Panel commands

You can do the same setup with prefix commands if you prefer.

Create and delete

Deleting a panel also removes its options and deletes the deployed panel message if one exists.

Deploy to a channel

  • Requires at least one active option on the panel.
  • Replaces any previously deployed message for that panel.
  • Run again after changing options, labels, emojis, display mode, or the panel message embed.

Display mode

Category

Sets where new ticket channels are created. Without a category, channels appear at the top of the server.

Options

Each panel needs at least one option - the ticket type members choose (e.g. “General Help”, “Report User”).

List options

Shows option IDs, status, linked support role, and form.

Create and delete

  • Labels can be up to 80 characters.
  • Each panel allows up to 5 active options at once. Additional options can be kept on standby (inactive) in the manager.
  • After deleting an option, redeploy the panel.

Option manager (interactive)

From ,ticket panel → select panel → Options:

  • Trainee role - view-only access (configurable speak/claim/close toggles)
