Backup & Restore - adore

Overview

adore can back up your server’s configuration - roles, channels, permissions, and adore-specific settings - so you can restore after a nuke or migrate to a new server.

Commands

,backup create (name)
,backup list
,backup load (name)
,backup delete (name)

,backup create main-server
,backup load main-server

Backups save server structure and adore settings. They do not restore member data, messages, or bans.

What’s included

Channel structure and permissions
Role hierarchy and permissions
adore configuration (prefix, welcome messages, antinuke settings, etc.)

Best practice

Create a backup after finishing your initial adore setup:

,backup create after-setup

If your server is ever compromised, restore from backup and re-enable antinuke immediately.
